So this past friday i went to Cincinatti to headline at Bang Nightclub.
What a great night. Felipe (promoter) was super cool.
I got to the hotel around 9, got cleaned up and my friend, and old DJ partner, Buck showed up. We had a few cold ones while we waited for Felipe to arrive. We all chilled a bit and got to know each other.
around 11:30 i go to the club and, I will admit, I was a bit skeptical, as not too many folks were there. But Vinny Bricks played a great set. (great meeting you Vinny)
Around 11:50 people really started rolling in. I went on at 12, and the crowd was dancing like crazy. Bang is a great venue, beautiful, good sound, and nice DJ booth.
I feel i played a great set, and the reaction from the crowd affirmed my feelings.
To add to the great night in Cincinnati, I got to (coincidentally) see one of my best friend's Kavi graduate from Wright State Medical School, and receive the deans award. As well as Kavi, I got to see a bunch of old friends I have not seen in years.
Anyway, its 12:45 on Sunday and is time for bed.
